Bijzonder aan dit project is dat bijna alles op maat gemaakt is; van trap tot wasbak, van meubels tot douchewand.<\/p>\n<p>Centraal in de villa is het trappenhuis. De trap is in delen met een grote kraan in het huis getild en aan de verdiepingsvloeren bevestigd, waardoor de trap lijkt te zweven.<\/p>\n<p>De materialen, de zichtlijnen, de indeling en lichtval zijn volledig op elkaar afgestemd. Dat leidt tot een uitgebalanceerd, open decor waarin iedere millimeter klopt. Een onderdeel daarvan is de douchewand, waarbij als een open boek de tekeningen van de gezaagde marmerplaten precies op elkaar aansluiten.<\/p>\n<p>In Toom was de spil in de samenwerking tussen alle partijen.
